Please read the terms of use for the EzyHRM service carefully before accessing or using our platform.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the EzyHRM platform or services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

The Service is provided by RMA GROUP ("We", "EzyHRM"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including customers, employees, and other parties accessing the platform.

2.EzyHRM Services

EzyHRM provides a cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for managing employee data, attendance, leave, payroll, and other related features.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3.User Account

  • Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Access: Access to the Service is limited to authorized users registered under a valid subscription.

4.User Obligations

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.
  • Using the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Uploading harmful, threatening, defamatory content, or content that incites criminal activity.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the EzyHRM system or related networks.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.

5.Payment & Billing

EzyHRM Services are subject to subscription fees paid in advance according to the package you select.

  • Price Changes: Service prices may change at any time with notice to customers. Such changes will apply to the next billing period.
  • Refunds: All fees paid are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

6.Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights (IPR) in the EzyHRM Service, including software, design, text, graphics, and content, are owned by RMA GROUP or its licensors.

You grant EzyHRM a non-exclusive license to use, copy, and process Employee Data you upload to the platform solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7.Limitation of Liability

EzyHRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall EzyHRM's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to EzyHRM in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

8.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
